Your company information is used in several places in Lumant, for example in emails, invoices, and displays shown to your contacts.
For this reason, it is a good idea to fill it in correctly from the beginning. In this guide, we will show you step by step how to complete your company information.
General info
Account name
Enter your Account name.
This is the name that will be displayed to your customers in emails, invoices, and other places where your business information is shown.
Short description
Add a Short description for your business.
This can be a short tagline or sentence that helps customers understand what your business does.
Address info
Address
Enter your street address.
This information may be shown to customers when they visit your page or receive messages from you.
CVR / VAT
If your business has a CVR or VAT number, you can enter it here.
This information is primarily used for invoices and other official documents.
Contact info
Phone
Enter your business phone number.
Depending on your setup, this information may be visible to your customers.
Enter the email address you want customers to contact you on.
This email address may also be used in system generated emails and customer communications.
This depends on your domain and email configuration.
Website
Enter your website address.
If you have a company website, adding it here makes it easy for customers to find more information about your business.
Terms and conditions
Choose how to manage your terms
Under Type, you can choose how your terms and conditions should be handled.
You have two options.
Write your own
Choose Write your own if you want to create and maintain your terms directly inside Lumant.
This gives you full control over the content and wording.
Generate terms from your details
Inside the editor, you can click Generate terms from your details.
Lumant will automatically create terms and conditions based on your company information.
Please note that generating new terms will replace any existing text in the editor.
Link to URL
You can also choose Link to URL.
This allows you to add a link to a page on your website where your terms and conditions are already published.
The link will be used whenever your terms are shown to customers.
Save your changes
When you have finished entering your company information, click Save to make sure your changes are stored.
Ready to go
Your company information is now saved and will automatically be used throughout the relevant parts of Lumant.
You can always return to these settings and update your information if anything changes.
