A subscription lets customers pay on a recurring basis to access your product. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to create a subscription price for your product.
Create a subscription price
Select your product
Open the product you want to add a price to.
Click Prices
Select the Prices tab to view all prices for your product.
Create a new price
Click Create Price.
This opens the price creation window.
Fill in the price details
Complete the fields below to configure your subscription.
Name
Enter the name your customers will see during checkout.
Internal name
Optionally enter an internal name for your team.
If left empty, the customer facing name will be used.
Access type
Choose how customers can access this price.
You can choose between:
Public, visible to everyone at the root sales page. Multiple public prices can be
Secret, only accessible through a direct link.
Discount code, available only when a valid discount code is applied or direct link.
For this example we will just go with public.
Price type
Select One off purchase.
This allows customers to pay once for permanent access to the product.
Amount
Enter the purchase price excluding VAT.
Subscription
Configure how your subscription should work.
Trial period
Choose whether customers should have access to a free trial before their first payment.
You can choose between:
None, customers are charged immediately.
Days, give customers a free trial for a specific number of days.
Specific date, allow free access until a chosen date before billing begins.
For this example we will have no trial period.
Subscription interval
Choose how often customers should be charged.
You can select one of the following billing intervals:
Monthly
Quarterly, every 3 months.
Half yearly, every 6 months.
Yearly
For this example we will just use monthly.
Additional settings
You can also configure usage limits, sale windows, and other advanced pricing options.
These settings are covered in separate help articles, where each option is explained in detail.
Create your price
Once you've completed the required fields, click Create Price.
Your one time payment has now been created and is ready for customers to purchase.
Copy your sales link
You can now copy a direct link to this price's sales page and share it with your customers.
Anyone with the link can view the sales page and purchase your product using this price.

You can now share your product, create additional prices, or add subscription and discount options if needed.
